These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of akhaiastore.com and purchases from AKHAIA & Company (“we,” “us,” “AKHAIA”), a handmade leather shop. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
AKHAIA & Company sells handmade leather goods (bags, cases, wallets, and related pieces). Questions: hello@akhaiastore.com.
You may add pieces to your cart and pay by card through our Stripe checkout. Stripe collects the information needed to complete payment and delivery — typically your name, email, shipping address, and phone. Prices are shown in USD. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, priced in error, or we cannot fulfill it; if we already charged you, we will refund you.
We ship within the United States. Shipping is 15% of the merchandise subtotal when that subtotal is under $100, and free when the merchandise subtotal is $100 or more. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provide.
Each piece is cut and stitched by hand. Natural marks, grain variation, and slight differences between photos and the piece you receive are normal for full-grain and Italian leather — they are not defects.

You may use this site for lawful personal shopping and inquiry. Do not misuse the site (for example, scrape in a way that harms the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit abusive content). Product images, text, and branding belong to AKHAIA or our licensors and may not be reused for commercial purposes without permission.
The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free site access. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived.
To the extent permitted by law, AKHAIA’s total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use or purchases, except where the law does not allow that limit.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms for future visits and orders.
